
Connecting TenderProSA to Your Accounting Software
For contractors who use QuickBooks Online or Sage, TenderProSA now integrates directly with your accounting software. Connect your account once, and your financial data flows between your tender platform and your accounts — no more manual exports, duplicate data entry, or reconciliation headaches.
Setting Up the Integration
The integration setup is under Account Settings > Integrations. Select your accounting software, authorise the connection, and map your chart of accounts to TenderProSA's cost categories.
The mapping only needs to be done once. From that point on, syncing is automatic and requires no manual intervention.
Exporting Estimates and Invoices
When you finalise an estimate in TenderProSA, you can push it directly to your accounting software as a quote or estimate record.
When a tender is awarded and work begins, invoices generated in TenderProSA can be synced to your accounting system automatically — maintaining a consistent financial record across both platforms without any double capture.
Importing Vendors and Suppliers
If you already have a supplier and vendor list in your accounting software, you can import it directly into TenderProSA.
This pre-populates SupplierHub with your existing contacts and allows pricing references to be drawn from your actual historical costs rather than starting from scratch on every tender.
Keeping Records in Sync
The integration maintains a live sync between the two systems. Changes made to a shared record in either platform are reflected in the other.
This is particularly valuable for contractors managing multiple projects simultaneously who need a single source of truth for financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
