Tender Compliance Checklist 2026
The most common reason tenders are disqualified in South Africa is missing or incomplete documents — not technical ability or pricing. Use this comprehensive checklist to ensure your bid is 100% compliant before submission.
Based on the standard Supply Chain Management framework and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2026. Always cross-reference with the specific tender's requirements.
Zero Tolerance for Non-Compliance
Government Bid Evaluation Committees cannot exercise discretion on mandatory requirements. If a mandatory document is missing, the bid is disqualified — regardless of how good your technical proposal or pricing is. Check every item below before sealing your submission.
