February 2026 Product Update
February marks one of the biggest months of shipping in TenderProSA's history. Across the platform we've added new features, improved existing workflows, and launched entirely new product areas. Here's a full overview of everything that went live.
Android App Now Available
The TenderProSA Android app is now live on the Google Play Store. Browse active tenders, review your estimates, check notifications, and use core AI features directly from your mobile device.
Whether you're on site or in a meeting, your tender work is always accessible — and everything syncs with the web version in real time.
AI Interact — Skill-Based Assistance
The AI Interact system has been upgraded with a set of specialised skills. Rather than a general-purpose chat interface, each skill is purpose-built for a specific task:
- BOQ Costing — price a bill of quantities line by line
- Quote Generation — draft a professional quote letter
- Compliance Review — check submission documents against requirements
- Drawing Interpretation — pull quantities from uploaded drawings
Each skill understands its context and produces outputs that are ready to review, edit, and use.
Drawing Take-offs and Technical File Support
You can now upload architectural and engineering drawings directly into a tender or project. The platform automatically extracts dimensions, quantities, and element counts to populate your BOQ.
Supported formats include PDF drawings, standard image files, DWG, DXF, and IFC — so whether your drawings come from a scanned paper set or a fully structured BIM model, they can be processed.
TenderVision Dashboard
Every tender now opens with a TenderVision panel — an at-a-glance AI summary covering your competitiveness score, identified risk areas, outstanding compliance items, and key timeline dates.
This gives you an immediate read on whether a tender is worth pursuing before you commit hours of detailed work.
SupplierHub Redesign and References Module
SupplierHub has been rebuilt with improved search, supplier profiles, and ratings. Alongside this, the new References & Personnel module lets you store your company's past project references and team member CVs in one place — ready to attach when a tender requires proof of experience.
Export, Feedback, and More
Proposal exports now support branded cover pages, a table of contents, and rich text formatting throughout. The new in-app feedback button makes it easy to report issues or suggest features directly from within the platform.
Q&A Clarification is also live, helping you draft formal clarification requests when tender documents are ambiguous.
