Supplier profiles now include:
- Contact information and trade categories
- CIDB grading and BBBEE status
- Location and service area
- Ratings from other contractors on the platform
You can mark suppliers as favourites for quick access when pricing a tender, and search is significantly faster with filtering by trade, location, and grading level.
Introducing the References Module
A persistent pain point in tender submissions is gathering proof of experience every time you bid. The new References module gives you a structured place to store your past project references.
Each reference captures:
- Client name and contact details
- Project value and scope description
- Start and completion dates
- Role performed and key outcomes
When a tender requires references, you select from your saved list rather than starting from scratch.
Personnel Profiles for CV-Required Tenders
Many tenders require CVs for key personnel — site managers, quantity surveyors, safety officers. The Personnel section lets you store structured profiles for each team member.
Each profile holds qualifications, certifications, years of experience, and relevant projects. These can be exported as formatted CVs or attached directly to a tender submission.
