Introducing TenderVision: Instant AI Intelligence on Every Tender
One of the most time-consuming parts of tendering is the initial assessment: is this tender worth pursuing? Do we meet the requirements? What are the risks? TenderVision answers all of these questions automatically the moment you open a tender.
What TenderVision Shows You
When you navigate to any tender on TenderProSA, the TenderVision panel loads alongside it. It contains five key sections:
- Tender Score — overall match rating from 0 to 100
- Risk Assessment — flagged clauses and conditions
- Compliance Status — documents you have vs. documents required
- Competitive Positioning — how well your profile fits this opportunity
- Timeline Breakdown — key dates and milestones extracted from the document
Understanding Your Tender Score
The tender score is a composite rating that reflects how well a tender matches your company profile — CIDB grading, trade categories, location, and past performance.
A high score doesn't guarantee a win, but a low score is an early signal that the tender may not be the right fit. The score is explained in plain language so you understand exactly what's driving it.
Risk Assessment
The risk section highlights specific clauses, requirements, or conditions that represent elevated risk:
- Unusual payment terms
- Performance bonds and retention
- Onerous insurance requirements
- Penalty clauses and liquidated damages
- Unrealistic timelines
Each risk item is categorised and explained so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.
Compliance at a Glance
TenderVision checks your current submission documents against the requirements stated in the tender. Missing tax clearance? CIDB certificate expired? Required form not on file?
These gaps are flagged before you spend hours pricing — so you don't waste effort on a submission that will be disqualified on a technicality.
Working Faster With Better Information
TenderVision doesn't replace your judgment — it informs it. The time saved on non-viable tenders can go toward deeper work on the ones worth pursuing.
For contractors bidding on multiple tenders simultaneously, this kind of rapid triage is genuinely valuable — and it's built into every tender you open, at no extra cost.
